So, last week I went through the most important skill sets to have on a growth marketing team. I highlighted some of the most valued skills that make up a brilliant growth hacking team, which included Analytical skills, UX skills, Acquisition skills, Technical skills and A/B testing skills. 

So say, as a hiring manager, you have identified a pool of people that tick the above boxes. What next? The interview process.  If you are prepping to interview people for a growth marketing position, then there are certain questions you should always try to ask. A growth hacker will be someone who has strong technical skills, but also a solid understanding of marketing, social media and statistics.
