I've been having these conversations 1:1 with startups and teams, it's great that folks like Andrew are writing about how to break this cycle as well.

    Great article!
Two interesting challenges I've seen implementing this as we build out Chaino:
    - Handling users' expectations: Once you create channels of communication between you and users, it sets the expectation that their feedback will be incorporated - and quickly! You need to communicate honestly and quickly what you will take on and what isn't within your design philosophy. A lot of times, you'll need to explain your decision.
    - Handling builders expectations: It's really tough explaining to the development team the logic behind the product roadmap; why a feature that isn't requested is extremely important while another that some users are vocally asking for will take us off-track.
This article will really help to explain things!
