    Very insightful post Ryan. Thanks for sharing.

    I've seen SOOO many startup founders & reps screw up their demos. They'd get on a call and be like "Hi. My name is Arthur and I'm going to walk you through our software. Feature 1. Feature 2. Feature 15000".

    I've seen many deals go south like this. I hope your resource will get the attention it deserves and change how demos are done...

    Spot on Pierre.

    At that point, they might as well be replaced by a demo video.

    If done right, demo's are a huge opportunity for any startup and it's important to have a solid playbook.
