As the youngest person at a traditional marketing agency, Len Markidan was given the task of doing “all things digital.” To the agency, they thought the project would not matter. Instead of complaining about getting a low-end job, Len set out to prove them wrong. His success eventually led him to consult on internet marketing campaigns for companies like Jet.com, Chegg, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Now, Len applies this same approach as the head of marketing for Groove. In fact, it was this strategy that turned Groove around from near defeat. What were the common characteristics of success? Hey @jdquey,

How Len utilised limited resources to perform excellently on marketing campaign is inspirational! He said right that a novice company focus on goal #3 because it seems profitable. This may help for shoter goal but for long term objective, you need to set a proper plan and feel them value of product.
Dead Marketing channels like radio advertisemnt and magazine ads can work out for some firms and as they need less investment, there is no loss trying them.
Overlall it was worth reading Interview with Len,
    Regards,

There is always a cost in any marketing channel (time, money, etc). But, gotta risk it to get the biscuit. :)
