    Onboarding is a critical as there is so much competition for the various products and service that people are providing.

    Especially if the service is an online one that has stiff competition. We are currently running some meta-analysis on data we've collected from various sites on this topic but in those areas, people are looking for solutions and they are looking for them quickly.

    They give you roughly 5-7 minutes for your company to demonstrate how it solves their pain point but if they don't see the progress, they just go back to their search results in Google to find another solution.
