    Great point on using discounts to make more money, not less. So often discounts are used to just not lose potential business, whereas this shows you how to use them as an active growth tool. In the retail world discounts are often so overused that they are almost meaningless (mostly because competition forces every store to discount everything), but in SaaS there is a real opportunity to make discounts work for you. Thanks, this gave me good perspective.
