Even if you've read Cialdini in the past, this is a great 5 minute review of his principles of influence. Audio quality is a bit bad, but content is great.
'Influence' is an awesome book. The case studies Cialdini references are extremely interesting and make for a great read.
So much of what I do on a daily basis is influenced (pun totally intended) by Dr. Cialdini's work.
I was even lucky enough to get to spend a week with him and his team in Phoenix earlier this year. Life-changing stuff... not just in marketing, but in interacting with other human beings IRL.

I've previously mentioned in a comment about how I apply growth hacking to my youth soccer coaching. I also apply Cialdini principles whenever I can. For example, some of my more challenged players miss a lot of soccer practices but seem to always make it to play in the games. Since it's AYSO, I need to play everyone at least 3/4 of the game, so it's really important for these girls to get practice. After games I always try to congratulate them on their improvement and ask if they are going to be at practice on Tuesday. Yesterday one of the parents sent me a text saying her daughter wouldn't make it to practice. But she had committed to me on Saturday that she would be there, so I wasn't shocked when she showed up despite her mother's text message.
It turned out to be a breakthrough practice for her where we discovered that her average throw in was almost twice as far as anyone else. This was a huge boost to her confidence, so I'm glad I could apply one of Cialdini's principles to helping this girl gain confidence and discover her potential.

This book is one of the first ones I recommend to people who want to learn more about sales and interaction. Great stuff.
