Introducing a new "Retention Roundup" series on the Framed blog where we compile stories from around the web on how other B2B SaaS and B2C app developers are tackling their own churn problems.

The more we read, the more we're finding that there's really no one-size fits all silver bullet solution. However, we *are* finding some common underlying themes with these basic principles.

- Start with a question and hypothesis. You have a churn problem, what do you think it could be?
- Really understand your users on both quantative and qualitative basis. What actions are they taking within your app, and ultimately, how are your users exchanging value (time / money).
- Set up a culture of experimentation to prove or disprove your assumptions.
