Attracting shoppers to your ecommerce store is no longer just about offering a product people want to buy.

It’s also no longer just about meeting your customers’ expectations.

The modern online shopper wants more than that.
They want their shopping experience to be easy.

They want to be able to seamlessly find exactly the product they’re looking for.

They want to have access to enough information about the product to know it’s exactly the product they’re looking for.

They want online shopping to be fun.

And now, online shoppers have more options than ever.

If you don’t make their experience great, they can buy a similar (if not the exact same) product from another retailer.

That’s why, in 2019, ecommerce retailers need to be in the product experience management game.

They need to understand product experience management, and then use that understanding to provide their customers with an experience that will have them coming back to make another purchase… and another, and another.

Not sure where to start?

Read on for our primer on product experience management—what it is, why you should care, and how you can start using it to boost your online store’s bottom line.

I'm part of the 78% regarding the product information.
    Just gimme the details, people!

There's one company on the market that has a STAPLE product everyone uses in the sneaker art community.
I've been using them for years because they've cornered the market and they're the only ones out there with their products (that I know of).
But their customer support is crap, their product info page is lacking, and the overall user experience - sucks.

If someone came into the market, now, that could improve on ALL of this - I'd jump ship, quick.

    This stuff matters.
