Another great Onboarding Academy post from Appcues.

Onboarding is normally something that's designed for the brand new user and it's crucial to helping new users become active and sticky. However, there are also times when existing users need to be onboarded, too, like new feature launches. Appcues outlines best strategies and practices for this scenario using Google Maps, Google Wallet, Facebook, and GMail as examples.
