According to the Mckinsey research, for every 7 product ideas only 1 succeeds.
So are 80% of ideas not worthy?
In most cases, the projects fail due to a lack of budgets and weak development process.
Today, I am not going to talk about the first issue, everybody is on and on about it.
I am going to share the vital tips on setting up the processes to kickstart your idea.
Some say, all those planning and processes are not for startups.
Well...we just have to face it that usually they are among those 6 that do not succeed.

Exactly, it's an ugly truth-you have to take of the development processes
For me, it seems that it is ESPECIALLY for startups
Alina Nesvit
I do agree, Nick. But it seems it's a common confusion
Lukas Kim
so true!
Nick Adams
Amazing content, really deep! thanks a lot
Alina Nesvit
Thank you, Nick! Appreciate it so much
Katy Ly
Good work, thanks
Alina Nesvit
Happy to hear it:)
Sophy Brown
I enjoyed how you organized all that data. Surely, such a solid system would work not for every startup
There are lots of projects with budgets of just 10K and just can't improve the processes actually
Alina Nesvit
I can't fully agree with you, Sophy. I think it's extremely important to work on the processes when you have a small budget-thus you have much more chances to effectively invest it.
Lukas Kim
Well, Sophy... I used to think so. That's how I lost most of my budget
Willie Wilson
Good read
Alina Nesvit
thanks!

Oh, I have a personal experience of f.... up the project because of the unplanning and wrong processes
