    Thanks mate! for spreading the words of such an useful article written by Josh Brown. Hope you will keep on sharing stuff like this in future :) I also like the infographic used in the article. Retaining a customer is the most difficult task for any brand or company. But if you know the key ingredients to hold on a customer then the things become easier for you.
