The recording below will only be available through Sunday, June 25th at midnight PT.

Webinar Summary: There are a few things undisputed when it comes to sustainably growing a company. If your product is providing value to customers and is considered a 'must-have', then the next step is laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.

During this GrowthHackers original webinar, Sean Ellis of GrowthHackers and Chris More of Mozilla help you build the foundations of:

  1. Identifying your company's North Star Metric
  2. Building a model to predict your company's growth

    My first question is...

When is it appropriate to change a North Star Metric?

@cmore's talk was one of the highlights of #GHConf17 for me.
For more on how he approaches growth, also check out our AMA with him last year: https://growthhackers.com/amas/live-sep-13-ama-with-chris-more-head-of-firefox-growth-at-mozilla/

Chris or @sean alone would be a no-brainer - but together - you'd be crazy to miss this!

Thanks for putting on this webinar @sean and @cmore! As a fellow data junkie, I was really inspired by @cmore's talk at #GHConf17, so I am excited to dive a little deeper on the conversation next week.

    My question is:

How granular should you be in building out your growth model? Does it make sense to break down activity of specific acquisition channels/account levels (for a SaaS tool)/etc to have a more detailed visualization of the long-term growth effects from growth experiments affecting these specific groups?
