    Love this post, especially the points about "liking." As marketers it's easy to get caught up in personas and call-to-actions, leaving us prone to forgetting about the human element. A brand's personality is huge and will only get more important with time.

    @justinmares These are such helpful tips. I think working with influencers can be inter-connected with many of these ideas such as liking and authority. For example, promoting a product through a likeable and influential figure that is considered an expert in the given category. What’s your thought?
