In honour of the DX3Canada conference being held today in Toronto, here's a blog post covering our speaking session on CLTV. Customer Lifetime Value is a crucial calculation that applies to all businesses, from SaaS to retailers to agencies.
I personally feel that they overcomplicate their metrics, but that's just my thought. Neil Patel used them as an example in one of his blog post.
