If employee burnout is not one of your top priorities, then it should be. Especially when your company is expanding.

A growing company means more demands, more work, more hours, more stress and less time to relax. All of this combined can be very damaging, and not just for the individual but also for the whole company too. You need to be especially wary in periods when your company is growing so that you don’t lose track of your employees and overlook some clear warning signs of burnout.
