      Interesting article man. I was curious about when you wrote:

      "If you don’t have a free trial:
      2) getting the customer to an SDR-ready lead score."

      So does that mean you rather prefer someone to engage on the website, download ebooks, etc. Until they reach the right score for an SDR to reach out? Because I have always looked at it from a perspective of trying to get people ready to sign up for a demo. And in that process, people will reach a high enough score for the sdr to reach out.
