We have been working for 10 years with changes in the HR area, important changes such as adding more technology to the hiring processes, seeking a more personalized onboarding process for new members, training on diversity and inclusion policies, as well as methods of productivity and off-boarding humanization. Traditional HR became People, or People Management, an area responsible for hiring people from different backgrounds, such as Engineers, Economists, and Internationalists. The Head of People became more and more the CEO's right-hand, in one of the best and worst jobs in technology. Many HR leaders are really becoming CEOs. This whole process of innovation in the area, the competition for talents, allowed us to be agile when the change approached. And guess what? it arrived globally. It has reached all sectors of the economy around the world and it requires this area to be more strategic than ever before. The People area can help to leverage your business, maintain focus through these crises and keep your team members safe & productive.
