Last week, Sightbox announced that they had been acquired by Johnson & Johnson.

What makes this announcement really interesting is that they launched their service just 18 months ago.

When we heard the news, it reminded us of another customer of ours, Jet.com, who was acquired for $3.3 billion after only 13 months since launching.

The two companies don't have much in common in terms of what they do, but there is certainly one thing that is consistent between them — they both have high NPS scores and an extreme focus on customer loyalty.
