How can you accurately measure the ROI of content marketing?

No, really.

Can you? Is it something algorithmic like first touch attribution? Last touch? Multi-touch?

Is it more qualitative based on sales/support feedback?

This has been a controversial topic/discussion throughout my career, and as companies have devoted significantly more resources to developing content over the last decade, a more important one to answer and consider.

But, if there's anything I've learned, it's that there *is* no one/right way to approach it.

So, we decided to ask a bunch of marketers how they measure the payoff of their content marketing efforts.
