Questionnaires offer a great deal of insight into your customer’s experience before, during and after the sale. Through well placed questionnaires (or forms), you can survey and poll customers about key areas within your businesses control and incorporate it into the overarching marketing strategy to increase revenues, retention rates and even make highly persuasive sales copy.

My favourite place to have a survey form lately has been on the thank you pages of sales funnels. Here, you can ask your recently converted lead or customer important questions while the action (and emotions) are still pretty fresh. It’s also very convenient for them, increasing the likelihood they’ll fill it out.
