Amplitude is a behavioral analytics platform with a beautiful and easy-to-use product. Since Amplitude is a rapidly-growing startup, its engineers are busy building out the core product. The growth and product teams knew they needed a way to reach users effectively in the product, but they struggled to get the engineering team to prioritize in-app messaging.
