Every time an experiment fails because your hypothesis was incorrect, it’s a win. Your team can learn something and use that to inform your next decision. But if your tests are failing to yield results because they are flawed to begin with, you’re not really getting anywhere.

Come see Ethan Garr speak at the 2018 GrowthHackers Conference in San Diego February 6th.

This is an excellent post on the GrowthHackers Blog by Ethan Garr, who runs product and growth at Teltech. It's awesome that he could open up about some of the mistakes they've made with testing and how they now run an effective high tempo testing cadence. Highly recommend reading this one!
