    Intersting webinar. A lot of info there so it will take a while to digest. The one thing that struck me was the section on cold emailing. I think that writing personal emails is important and can have an impact. But, in my experience the problem is the offering. You want the recipient to get back to you. So you need to give them a reason to reply to that email. But, why should they reply to the email unless you are giving them something they can not get somewhere else. Even via your own website (which is obviously a win) but even the idea of over aggressive up selling can put people off and if they think that they are dealing with a bait and switch, even if it isn't one, then they are less likely to reply. I would like to hear a little more about how you can make that work.

      True. Pretty good point.

      Will pass it onto Patrick Barnes and check if he has a particular response to it.

      Would that still not be a lead which you could try upselling to?
