I'm going to be straight up with you. Our organic reach on Facebook is pretty miserable.
We're one of those brands seeing 2% reach - averaging about 400 with each post, out of 23,000 fans. For us, it's not a massive issue. We've never relied on Facebook Fans or engagement to drive sales, or even drive content readership.
