Insights into a Facebook ad campaign with a total ad spend of $4,159 that brought in a total of $36,449 in revenue. That’s an 876% return on investment! This post walks you through exactly how it was done. I’ll show you where we ran ads, how different traffic sources performed, what had the biggest impact on the success of the campaign, and what I’d do differently next time.

Thanks Edward, glad you enjoyed it!

FB are definitely working hard to continually improve the platform which is great to see as well. Making it easier for advertisers to get better results.

Hmmm.. these stuff worked early 2012 to 2014. Not anymore. You can't get a click from Facebook below $4 from an English speaking country. You can target countries like India, for lower CPC on Facebook, but they never buy you product.

Great case study Andrew. What were your most successful cold audiences in this project? Do you find the most success with Lookalikes or other interests?

Thanks Aaron. Lookalikes were most successful for cold audiences in this one, specifically website visitor lookalikes over email list or FB Fans. We actually found right column only ads to those audiences to worked best.
