I certainly think that frameworks like this help with a focus for creativity. Thanks for this, it has been really instrumental in my thinking and i know many others here in London too.

One thing that i have certainly taken from this is the razor focus needed, and how we should only be looking to move one needle at a time. Otherwise its easy to get 'blown out' by all the work required, and ultimately means you fail at everything!

This interview was great. Here's my quick summary:

    1) Verify product market fit.
    2) Determine the value proposition for the product.
    3) Figure out how to grow.
-Come up with a list of ideas
    -Prioritize the ideas based on
    +Ease of implementation
    +Cost
    +Potential upside
    -Test your ideas

Love this interview. The GrowthHackers example of asking the target audience about the existing behavior, and thinking about how he would need to displace or augment the behavior on Twitter, was great. It's super useful to hear the thought process behind identifying channels with huge potential.
