    I can't agree more, great post! It's all about the being in the right place at the right time, as an ecommerce provider. If you can trigger the right communication at the right time to your website visitor, you can improve the conversion by at least 20% month on month. The trigger can be discounts or clarification provided to a visitor, and so on. It's all about the customer experience that differentiates you and your competitor.
