Content, unlike almost any other type of marketing, delivers compound returns. But it takes time and effort to create content that's going to resonate with your audience - there are no quick hacks here. In this talk, I share what I've learned over the last 2 years running Intercom's content marketing efforts.

I thoroughly enjoyed this piece, especially the 5W and 1H applications. A company is so much more transparent––and much more interesting––when people from all departments and levels contribute to a content strategy. It's an accurate representation of a company's culture.

And as a marketer myself, I have to thank you for pointing out that these ideas are long-term strategies. So many people are obsessed with quick wins and forget about the huge benefits that long-term strategy can bring.
