As Medium put it, some businesses are made for social media. And Starbucks is definitely one of them. It seems like the minute social media became "the new thing", Starbucks was all over it with its bright cups, and pretty coffee foam, and hipster Instagram filters. How did this happen? How come we not only see their coffee shops on every street, but also on every second Facebook account?

    Great article, Alina. B2C brands have a huge advantage: they can easily leverage customer generated content for successful social media campaigns. The real challenge for B2B social media marketers is trying to achieve similar goals with their products and specific audience :) Thanks again for sharing!
