    OMG, this is one of the best non B.S. videos I've seen about growth recently, it is not sexy, it is not about buzzwords or changing the world, it is about how to do the real thing. Thanks a lot for this. I was wondering if someone has these metrics and experiments docs / spreadsheets that could be shared? I totally agree that is about process (from a results perspective and not getting things done perspective).

    Thank you - huge fan!

    I use "my version" across 5 companies every day.
    My perspective: There are silver bullets... we just have to find them ourselves... and they are short-term :-)

    @bbalfour: My main issue is how to optimize model/process for pre prod-mkt fit companies.
    I find that lack of data volume creates many obstacles.

    Everything in marketing is an experiment IMO.

    Brian nails the scientific method of experimentation and puts is across better than anyone I have read or watched.

    This is a talk I will watch over and over again.

    Most of us are always trying to infer the silver bullet in the success of brands we are dying to emulate. It is kind of a shocking reality that no authentic growth comes through quick tactics but rather through a machine with process, goals, frameworks and insights as the parts. It is Brian Balfour making business sense there.
