A pressing question in my mind for a long time as I've spoken to a number of SaaS entrepreneurs who've expressed their dislike for the Freemium model! Thanks @bbalfour for doing this and addressing for a host of entrepreneurs who've struggled with this.
Indeed, it is tricky to employ freemium as part of a marketing strategy for SaaS. Having said that, Brian Balfour proposals seem to make a lot of sense. Thanks for the pieces of advice.
