Should be no surprise that all except the company update posts do really well on GH too. Take note people!

    My favorite approach:
    1. Email customers asking what they want to learn about.
    2. Do keyword research.
    3. Create a content strategy.
    4. Write content.
    5. Profit.

    :)

Love that. Great take. Talking to people is really an underrated technique. So much value simply in talking to customers, figuring out their pain and using that to guide your approach. Great point Jason!

Excellent read. I loved the examples. Not so sure - if company blog posts would be the most effective.
It works when you have a massive following of people who want to know what your company is upto.

      Thanks Nissar!

I think company blog posts work well if you're constantly launching new things. Keeping your audience in the loop on new features, new products, new solutions and new verticals you serve is a great way to keep folks engaged.

It might not be the perfect for building the top of your funnel but from a retention and customer satisfaction standpoint -- these assets can be useful!
