The last thing you want is to hire an agency, pay a lot of money, spend a lot of time, and receive a product that hurts your business. Here’s how you can avoid that demise by understanding what you’re looking for and then asking the necessary questions.

Is it just me or "full-service" agencies are ones to stay away from? I'd want my sites to be handled by those who are specialized in it.

Nope, I agree. I DO NOT want jack-of-all-trades agencies to handle my sites. If I needed any PPC help, I'd go to KlientBoost; content marketing, I'd go to Siege Media, etc. I'd sleep better at night.

Here's a site to help you find inspirations - as per #3 - https://www.crayon.co/. I use that website all the time.

Ahhh, crayon. I LOVE that website. Every time I'm looking for headline inspirations, I always go to Crayon (and my competitors' ads, for that matter)

This is great, thanks for sharing, Ed! Speaking from experience, making sure your stakeholders are on the same page is crucial. I don't know how many times projects have been derailed because they're on the same page.

Thanks, Cooper! Glad you enjoyed it.

You mean, "not" on the same page, yes? But yeah, I couldn't agree more. From the agency side of things, the project management hours alone are bloody long.

Thanks, Ed. What tool are you using to get that Frank Body data?
