Some gems in this post from Tren. Recommend reading.
I was just going to submit this post.
This is one of the best cliff notes on growth principles I've come across - should lead to a lot of thought starters for folks.
“If you can run more experiments than the next guy, if you can be hungry for growth, if you can fight and die for every extra user and you stay up late at night to get those extra users, to run those experiments, to get the data, and do it over and over and over again, you will grow faster.” - Interesting feedback.
This is fantastic. Such a great read. I'm so happy to read this line, “What it [growth] is about is a very simple elegant understanding of product value and consumer behavior.” Chamath Palihapitiya. This is so real. Successful products must solve a real problem and be drenched in a deep knowledge and empathy of the end user (aka human).
This is a brilliant post, highly recommended. Posting a gem that resonated with me: Top of the funnel (A) x Magic Moment (B) = Sustainable Growth (C).”
Chris McCann of Greylock Partners describes a common mistake made by people seeking growth: “Most growth professionals come into a new company and start working on A) the top of the funnel right away. The problem with this is if you don’t really understand B) and C) then you are fundamentally adding people into a leaky bucket.
