Has anyone integrated Zapier with their app? We're contemplating doing it for our new product to help expedite our "list of integrations". Curious if they help promote new integrations?

Yup, I've recently integrated with Zapier, but the integration is in a private state. According to their docs, once you get some private users to use your zap and workout the bugs, there is a process to get the integration public including a promotional and marketing plan. Here's the bit regarding the marketing launch https://zapier.com/developer/documentation/lifecycle-launch/

Hi Ben, I haven't worked with them but I am subscribed to their mailing list and they always keep us in the know of the latest integrations.

Nice post! Would be cool if there was a more visual way go through this guide. Maybe animated gifs? :)

You should look at adding automating handwritten letters as well - Zapier and MailLift http://blog.maillift.com/maillift-zapier-wufoo/

Nice, love some of Zapier's hooks.

One of my recent favorites: Gumroad => MailChimp

This has worked extremely well, as I've offered paid products for free/discount as lead gen, then auto push them into email funnel.

I am thinking IFTTT. Do you guys offer something they don't.

I am not hating on you guys, its just that I use IFTTT and don't see why I would want to switch.

@saijogeorge just for the record I don't work for Zapier, I just wrote a post because I like the product. In my opinion, IFTTT is good for personal productivity, especially if you use Internet connected devices. Zapier is great for all of your business automation and integrates with more platforms and tools that are not available on IFTTT.
