    Most businesses already fail at the engagement part. Sadly.

    They think that by using "objective" corporate language on anonymous logo accounts they will fare well on social media and blogs.

    When I tell brands they need to add personal names to tweets they are like "are you crazy"?

    Imagine that in real life, somebody calls you but instead of saying your name you only refer to yourself as the brand you work for.
