    On a different note, I'm experimenting with integrating chatbots with ZenDesk for improved customer support. Stoked to see what comes of it.

    Nice! This came at a good time. I'm working on adding a chatbot to our blog and replacing all the email optins with a custom content flow via Messenger.

    Great post. Derek Halpern also does a good job with Messenger. I have to say, I've opened 100% and clicked probably 50% of his messages.

    Would love to see someone A/B test an autoresponder series on both email and Messenger and compare their value per subscriber vs. cost per subscriber on each. I'm guessing the latter is worth at least 5X, for now. Exciting times for marketers.

    Interesting numbers at the start about how quickly people expect to receive responses to support questions. Really drives home the importance of automated responses and chatbots.
