I recently wrote a post on my "6 favorite ways to use cold email" for StartupGrind. This is great for early stage startups, because I believe in the beginning, everything is about outreach since no one knows you exist.
The main gist is that all emails should be short, conversational, non-salesy and should end with a question. The best way to do this, is to add in a merge field that is a contextual statement. It's explained how in this idea below (you can snag it and add it to PROJECTS). There is a great playbook that goes along with it, with all the tactical plans and even email templates. The full blog post is here: https://www.startupgrind.com/blog/6-creative-ways-to-use-cold-emails/
But to get the actual playbook and templates can be found here. Happy Cold Emailing!
