This a pretty decent list of examples, although they could stand to have more explanation of "why" with each one. In addition, the most powerful use of the Cialdini principles is not to use one or the other, but to "stack" them on top of each other in a sequence to drive behavior.

I totally agree with you about stacking multiple principles for maximum oomph! Authority and Social Proof go together like peanut butter and jelly.
