No matter what kind of business you run, no matter its size or its complexity, it is of paramount importance that you stay on top of your data and you leverage that information to your maximum benefit. For e-commerce sites, it’s all about knowing the average order size for customers and how to upsell more products. For bloggers, it’s simply a matter of knowing where their traffic is coming from, how to get more of it, and also how to better engage with their audience. On an affiliate or internet marketer side, it might be about converting visitors into leads and always keeping an eye on conversions. Analytics are everywhere and depending how you track and manage them, they can quickly take over your business—and sometimes even your life! However, it’s not like you want to inundate yourself with mountains of spreadsheets, data points, and TPS reports where it’d take you a lifetime to make sense of any of it. To get the most of your data, you need to have better data management tools. These five tools can help you take your business to the next level.

You're right in saying that some of us don;t want anything too complicated or time consuming when it comes to analytics. I can only handle simple, so I appreciate the idea of the pre-built widgets from Cyfe.
I'd prefer one dashboard where I cam view and manage everything from, so I'll have to check that one out.
    Thanks for putting this together.

Hi Ben, wow, I have not heard of any of these tools before. I love Google Analytics but these seem to take it a step further. I just signed up for Cyfe and can't wait to test it out. I'm glad they allow that for free to start.
I love that they have an all-in-one business dashboard where you can monitor everything from social media and web analytics to marketing, sales, support and infrastructure. I love that it integrates with Google analytics and MailChimp too! Thank you, thank you Ben!

Hey Ben! Great read! A couple of those are new to me but I remember not too long ago reading an article about Cyfe and giving it a peek. Very intriguing applications to help us out in our day-to-day tasks. Having the correct tools can definitely make life a lot easier for us. Thanks again for the share!

I thought Google Analytics was the best tool for analyzing data.
    Then along comes Chartbeat.
It's cool that it shows "if users are accessing your content on your website, your mobile app, or through Facebook."
This is important to me because I use Facebook a lot.
    Thanks for the great share!

    Hey Ben,

Sometimes, it's overwhelming to gather the data from the different platform. Cyfe seems to be the perfect solution. The basic tools like Google Analytics, MailChimp are supported by this tool.
Glad to know more about it.

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for sharing this article with us.

I really like the sound of Cyfe. I'm not too crazy about visiting different platforms either so to have it all in one place is pretty cool.

I like to write notes and highlight stuff from my reports so the fact that I can download spreadsheets is a plus. :)

The other tool that caught my attention was Chartbeat. I'll be sure to check in on that one.

    Thanks again for sharing!

Hope you're having a great week so far.

Thanks for sharing those tools with us, I must admit that when data analysis gets too complicated I tend not to do it! So having these data management applications available will help.

Having developed an interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology I was intrigued to read how dock.io would function for data exchange.

Looking forward to spending more time on these tools, especially Chartbeat that so many people are enthusiastic about.

    Great share - thanks.
