One thing I've always thought about with content marketing is the tendency (guilty of it myself) to talk about subjects at large, with no clear action items for users to do
I believe in most cases for B2B, people are reading because something within their company readily needs fixing and/or addressing - and the more actionable something is, the better.
Props to your guys' post as there are a good number of suggestions where a reader could learn, then perform an action almost immediately (if not the same day, at least within the next couple days).
Examples: contacting churned customers for feedback/insights, incorporate NPS surveys, think about their pricing, and incorporate a hypothesis process.
