Inspiration is a fickle thing. It comes effortlessly when you aren’t running after it. At other times, you might think that it’d be easier finding Polar bears in Australia. Whether you’re struggling to come up with great ideas for your ads, blog posts, emails, or even products … we all know how daunting and painful a white piece of paper can be.

So, to help you overcome your creative hold-up, to get you over that hump, here are four proven and never-ending sources of great ideas.

I'm running TrenDemon on my blog and find it very useful. It does increase engagement and reduce bounce rates.

The beauty of MyBlogU is that anyone can use it. Even if you know absolutely no other writers online, you can source experts and quotes to take your content to the next level. Journalists use quotes to add authority to what they write; now everyone else can, too - thanks to MyBlogU.

Happy user of MyBlogU here, Gail.
Other than improving your content, making new connections is the benefit I value more.

Glad to see MyBlogU in Forbes. The more people join, the better. I'm patient but deep down I want an explosion of new user growth

From experience of running and developing projects, I am not looking forward to an explosion lol. Steady and consistent growth lets us fix the errors we couldn't foresee, those mistakes that could have buried us if more people got them...

I would like to add Google Trends.
It's great for finding the hot topics of the moment and get new content ideas (you may also want to make a quick search based on your keywords).

Aside from Quora, mentioned in the post, Yahoo Answers is one of the most popular places to find new ideas.

I'm also big fan of MyBlogU, a great project I use often to brainstorm and make new connections.

Great ideas were recommended by John. Few new ideas I got in this article and few of them I have been using already. TrenDemon is a new thing to me. I would check this out and see how it works.
