    Canva is a fantastic example. I couldn't believe how simple it was to get started there. They nailed the balance between enough functionality and not too much to get started. However, the more I use it, the more I found myself wanting extra features that I may have seen in other, more complex products.

    Wondering if there is sometimes a tradeoff between "simplicity" and ease of on-boarding and long-tail features that the users will eventually need, but will just distract at first.
