Retaining your users is as important as acquiring new users, if not more.     Awesome points.
    I believe focusing on the benefits of the users is the most important point.

    Make your app in a way to let users save time or have fun.
    Satisfying their needs or solving their problems is the way to catch the audience attention.

    Too many of our clients go straight for the jugular when it comes to new customer acquisition and do not focus enough attention on retaining existing customers... And to say they overlook mobile is an understatement. Great article.
