Ahrefs is one of my favorite suite of SEO tools to use. It has a robust feature set, a large database of backlinks and keywords, and is great for competitor research.

However, there are quite a few good options to ahrefs on the market - each with their own advantages and disadvantages.

In this post, I cover 10 Ahrefs alternatives (including a free option) that can help you grow your website traffic.

You can also check Neil Patel. It is a free tool and gives you enough information to grow at initial stage.

As for the WordPress plugins, I think you should include RankMath. In my opinion, it's a little bit more friendly than Yoast SEO. I was Team Yoast SEO, but made the switch a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier.

I wouldn't call it a perfect ahrefs alternative either. However, it does have some functions that Ahrefs does. So if you don't want to buy a whole suite of tools, you can use Yoast and a few other.
